BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Richmond, VA to respond to inquiries, identify potential renters, market, lease, and renew apartments per company standards and Fair Housing guidelines. You will provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

The role covers daily marketing, leasing operations, and coordination with the Community Manager, with a focus on understanding the local market and leasing incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Strong sales and closing skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• State leasing license (or ability to obtain) as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily marketing, administrative, and financial operations of the property under the Community Manager.
• Understand the local market and competitors’ specials and floor plans.
• Leasing units and handling all leasing documents per standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Process lease applications for CM approval and prepare new lease contracts.
• Tour prospects of vacant or model units and common areas.
• Communicate concerns after pre-lease inspections to the Service/Community Manager.
• Utilize and promote third-party online leasing programs appropriately.
• Log prospect information and notifications into the property management software.
