Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path and present apartments and community amenities.
• Respond to resident and prospective resident calls and emails promptly.
• Schedule and conduct property tours; facilitate the application process.
• Process applications promptly and communicate results professionally to applicants.
• Maintain traffic in the queue and monitor market-ready apartments and common areas.
• Assist with maintaining marketing and leasing strategies and competitor property visits.
