NE Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The BLVD Apartments to drive leasing activity and deliver a welcoming resident experience on-site. You will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and become a trusted ambassador for the brand across a premier multi-family portfolio.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, touring models, processing applications and move-ins, managing digital leads via CRM, and coordinating with the on-site team to maintain market-ready

Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-performance sales and 2+ years in customer service.
• 1+ year direct experience in multi-family communities.
• Proficient with CRM and property tech platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Close Active Leads: greet prospects and deliver impactful tours.
• Manage Leasing Lifecycle: review applications, collect fees, verify IDs, move-ins.
• Process Move-In Payments: secure initial payments before keys.
• Engage Modern Pipelines: respond to inquiries from calls, emails, texts, and Knock.
• Audit Property Aesthetics: daily model/unit checks for market readiness.
• Champion Customer Retention: assist current residents with service requests.
• Conduct Market Research: monitor local pricing and competition.
• Maintain Perfect Files: organize resident records for compliance.
• Support Office Operations: assist managers with data and inventory.
• Elevate Curb Appeal: inspect asset layout and address cleanup items.
