Job summary

S2 Residential is seeking a Leasing Agent to join The Jaxon property in Atlanta. You will greet prospects, lead property tours, capture leases, and convert prospects into residents while aligning with the company’s mission and values.

You’ll also contribute ideas for marketing, outreach, and resident events, while ensuring fair housing compliance and maintaining a welcoming, well-kept community environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leasing agent experience in multifamily or 2 years in customer service.
• Must be consistently detail oriented.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to listen and understand goals.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Knowledge of ResMan is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance is required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, present The Jaxon, capture leases and convert prospects to residents.
• Lease. Lease. Lease!
• Exceed resident experience by engaging with them and guiding tours.
• Greet, tour, show, and close on all qualified future residents.
• Process income, rental, and employment to verify qualification standards.
• Perform outreach and online marketing and participate in Resident Events.
• Manage fair housing, regulatory and compliance related services.
• Walk the property and keep the office and model apartments clean.
