Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Community Manager at Sutton Flats to lead daily operations of the apartment community under the Regional Property Manager. You will supervise staff, ensure excellent resident service, maximize cash flow, and preserve assets while achieving budgeted NOI.

The role requires strong financial management, leasing oversight, and adherence to Fair Housing and LIHTC regulations, with an emphasis on team development and customer satisfaction in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years property management experience; supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Regulations, IRS Section 42 - LIHTC Program and other occupancy standards
• Strong computer skills; experience with Yardi preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial performance of the property and work towards achieving budgeted NOI.
• Maximize cash flow by maximizing revenue, collecting rents, and minimizing delinquencies.
• Ensure accurate Yardi data entry and timely leasing activities, A/R and A/P processes.
• Develop cost-saving strategies and assist in annual budgeting with the team.
• Lead leasing, marketing, and resident relations to maintain occupancy and renewals.
