Candidates should be comfortable handling all phases of litigation—from drafting pleadings and discovery to depositions, motions, mediation, arbitration, and trial—and have experience with single-plaintiff employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-hour issues under FLSA and related laws.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of strong litigation experience in labor and employment law.
• Experience drafting pleadings, responding to discovery, and arguing motions.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Experience handling single-plaintiff employment matters and wage/hour issues under FLSA.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation, from drafting pleadings to trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings and respond to discovery requests.
• Argue motions and take/defend depositions.
