Job summary

LHH seeks an experienced associate to join its Labor & Employment Group in Atlanta, handling sophisticated employment litigation and labor matters for a premier AmLaw 100 firm.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience, strong deposition and motion skills, and deep NLRA/NLRB knowledge, with proven ability to manage case strategy and deadlines independently while communicating effectively with clients and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in employment litigation and labor matters.
• Experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, communicating with opposing counsel, and independently managing case strategy, deadlines, and dockets.
• Strong knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) processes and proceedings, and labor-related agency investigations.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills, and the ability to work directly with clients.
• Prior large law firm experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated employment litigation and labor matters for an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Take and defend depositions; draft and argue motions.
