Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a motivated team member to support kitchen tasks in a fast-paced culinary environment. You will wash dishes and appliances, restock items, and perform other duties to keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and prepared for guests.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining dishwashing equipment, organizing clean dishes and utensils, keeping the work area tidy, and following safety procedures for waste disposal and chemical dilutions as directed by

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dish washing equipment, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Assist with organization and stocking of clean dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils and storage containers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dish washing station and surrounding areas.
• Maintain clean/dry floors throughout the shift.
• Change water of machines and sinks as mandated, or more often as required by business levels, and properly use chemical dilutions set by management.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including the proper handling and disposal of kitchen waste throughout their shift.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by Kitchen Lead.
