The Kleingers Group seeks an IT and Operations Administrator in Westerville, OH to support IT systems, backups, and operational processes across departments. The role involves implementing upgrades, documenting procedures, and ensuring compliance while collaborating with leadership and other offices.

Ideal candidates will have strong IT troubleshooting skills, experience with Microsoft 365 administration, and a proactive approach to disaster recovery and data security.

Qualifications

• Proficient in managing and troubleshooting IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration (Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams, Zoom).
• Strong understanding of backup systems and disaster recovery planning.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
• Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration abilities.
• Occasional travel to other office locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• IT Systems Support and Maintenance: monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues; provide onsite and remote support.
• Backup and Disaster Recovery: manage data backups and assist with recovery plans.
• System Implementation and Upgrades: plan, execute, and integrate IT upgrades and migrations.
• Operational Support: support day-to-day operations and facility-related tasks; support for meetings.
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain records of IT systems, backups, and processes; ensure policy compliance.
• Collaboration and Communication: coordinate with other departments and report to the Director of IT.
• Database Administration (Preferred): oversee databases for data accuracy, security, and accessibility.
