Job summary

Integratedcooling is seeking a Senior Technical Operations Administrator to join the Technology Operations team. This role emphasizes hands-on systems administration, Microsoft management, VMware, Nimble storage, and network/security support.

You will serve as the face of Tech Ops for employees and business partners, delivering patient, clear, and timely support to keep users productive. You will troubleshoot Windows laptops/desktops, Microsoft 365 apps, VPN, printers, scanners, and office

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in systems administration or similar IT role.
• Strong experience supporting Windows laptops/desktops, Microsoft 365, and connectivity issues.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Windows Server.
• Experience with VMware environments and Nimble Storage preferred.
• Solid networking knowledge (LAN/WAN/VPN/DNS/DHCP/TCP-IP) and cyber security awareness.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset; able to support both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for employees needing technical and infrastructure support.
• Provide responsive support for local and remote users with a professional, service-oriented approach.
• Troubleshoot issues across Windows devices, Microsoft 365 apps, printers, scanners, VPN, and shared drives.
• Educate users on common tech processes and secure support practices; provide clear status updates.
• Create and improve knowledge base articles and support documentation.
• Assist with onboarding, device deployment, and access provisioning for new hires.
• Collaborate with help desk and IT team to resolve escalated tickets and reduce repeats.
• Support early-morning operations to ensure business processes start on time.
