Job summary

Centor in Millersburg, OH is seeking an IT Operations Administrator to maintain and secure our IT environment. You will provide daily technical support, manage user accounts, and oversee hardware, software, and cybersecurity alongside corporate IT.

The role requires onsite work, collaboration with vendors and employees, and participation in IT projects and improvements to keep systems reliable and secure.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–5 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and user administration.
• Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID preferred.
• Manufacturing or industrial IT experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively with corporate IT, vendors, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Set up and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support Microsoft 365, business applications, networks, and connectivity.
• Maintain IT assets, licenses, documentation, and system records.
• Support cybersecurity, backups, system updates, and access controls.
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with corporate IT and outside technology vendors.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment and system access.
• Provide employees with basic technology and cybersecurity guidance.
• Perform other IT duties as assigned.
