Job summary

Centor Rx in Millersburg, Ohio is seeking an IT Operations Administrator to manage daily IT operations onsite. You will maintain systems, handle access, support Microsoft 365, and help security and backups while coordinating with corporate IT and vendors.

You will assist with IT projects, onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, and ensure compliance with security policies in a manufacturing setting. This is a full-time onsite role requiring 2–5 years IT experience and an associate degree or

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–5 years IT support or systems administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and user administration.
• Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID preferred.
• Manufacturing or industrial IT experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively with corporate IT, vendors, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Set up and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support Microsoft 365, business applications, networks, and connectivity.
• Maintain IT assets, licenses, documentation, and system records.
• Support cybersecurity, backups, system updates, and access controls.
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with corporate IT and outside technology vendors.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment and system access.
• Provide employees with basic technology and cybersecurity guidance.
• Perform other IT duties as assigned.
