Job summary

Dynamic Catholic is seeking an IT System Administrator I to support day-to-day IT operations and help manage expanding infrastructure in the Greater Cincinnati area. You will handle user lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, and admin tasks across Okta SSO, Google Workspace, Azure AD, and Office tools, while supporting endpoints with MDM and remote assistance platforms.

The role emphasizes security, uptime, and staff enablement, with a clear growth path into engineering and infrastructure

Qualifications

• Entry-level system administration with focus on onboarding/offboarding and identity management.
• Familiarity with Windows/macOS devices and hybrid cloud tools.
• Awareness of security best practices and incident response basics.

Responsibilities

• Manage user lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
• Administer Okta SSO, Google Workspace, Azure AD, and Office tools.
• Oversee endpoints with MDM platforms (Intune, Mosyle, PDQ).
• Support network security and privilege management tasks.
• Provide IT helpdesk support and maintain documentation.
