PSI is seeking an Intervention Specialist to support students with disabilities across PreK–12 in Columbus and surrounding districts. You will deliver tailored instruction aligned with IEP goals, collaborate with teachers, counselors, and school psychologists, and monitor progress to adjust instructional strategies.

This role offers school-hour scheduling with full- or part-time options, competitive compensation, benefits starting at hours, and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Intervention Specialist or Special Education license/certification (state-specific).
• School-based experience preferred, but mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate on developing and implementing intervention plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Support students’ social-emotional growth and behavior management.
• Assist in data collection and documentation for IEP compliance.
• Partner with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student success.
