Job summary

PSI is seeking an Intervention Specialist to provide specialized instruction under IEP goals. The role offers both full-time and as-needed scheduling within North Olmsted schools, with strong clinical and professional support from PSI throughout the assignment.

Responsibilities include collaborating with classroom staff, supporting students with diverse needs, and maintaining accurate progress documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• State-specific license/certification for Intervention Specialist/Special Education.
• School-based experience preferred, but mentorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and school psychologists.
• Provide support to PreK–12 across multiple grade levels.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies.
• Collect and document data to support IEP compliance.
• Partner with families, educators, and support staff to ensure student success.
