Job summary

PSI Solutions is seeking an Intervention Specialist to provide specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities in a PreK–12 setting. You will collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and school psychologists to implement IEP-centered interventions and monitor progress.

You will work with individual students, small groups, and whole-class settings, while documenting outcomes and contributing to MTSS/RTI efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Intervention Specialist or Special Education license/certification (state-specific).
• School-based experience preferred, but newer professionals encouraged to apply — mentorship available.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate on developing and implementing intervention plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Support students’ social-emotional growth and behavior management.
• Assist in data collection and documentation for IEP compliance.
• Partner with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student success.
