Job summary

PSI Solutions is seeking an Intervention Specialist to join our team in the Solon area on a part-time basis. You will provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities, collaborating with teachers and school staff to implement IEP-driven interventions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Intervention Specialist or Special Education license/certification (state-specific).
• School-based experience preferred, but newer professionals encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate on developing and implementing intervention plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Support students’ social-emotional growth and behavior management.
• Assist in data collection and documentation for IEP compliance.
• Partner with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student success.
