Job summary

Boon Edam Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Full Time Clerical role to support installation and service coordination for North America.

You will assist coordinators, manage incoming jobs, and collaborate with sales, finance, and customers to ensure accurate tracking and documentation. Ideal candidates have customer service or dispatch experience, strong communication and time management skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.

Qualifications

• Customer service or dispatch experience.
• Construction experience or project management is a plus.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with high energy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter, edit and assign incoming jobs to coordinators.
• Update daily live information for tracking current jobs.
• Work with sales and finance to assign job revenue totals.
• Work with customers to finish close out and warranty documentation.
• Assist coordinators with their projects and learn to coordinate,
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers and other departments.
