Job summary

Boon Edam Inc. in Raleigh seeks a sales professional to collaborate daily with the Regional Sales Manager, driving proposals for North American customers and our distribution network.

You will manage CRM activities and project documentation, supporting pipeline management. The role requires clear communication of technical information to customers, resellers and internal teams, and coordination of scope of work and schedules to ensure seamless handoffs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant professional experience required.
• 3 years of CRM experience including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and data management.
• In-depth experience with sales quotation tools.
• Knowledge of qualifying opportunities, reviewing specifications/plans, and performing take-offs.
• Strong communication skills, including written communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a team to meet goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; business writing skills required.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to Regional Sales Manager to maximize regional budget performance.
• Review and communicate technical information to customers, resellers and internal departments.
• Plan, implement and communicate project scope of work and schedule.
• Assist Regional Sales Managers with sales pipeline management.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers and Project Coordinators to ensure seamless handoff after purchase orders.
