Mr. Handyman of North Albuquerque is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to drive customer experience and front-end operations. You will respond to inquiries, assess customer needs, and convert opportunities into booked appointments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, dispatch, scheduling, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, consultative sales approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn, retain, and recall a significant amount of information.
• Comfortable working across multiple screens, software platforms, and communication channels.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers and business partners.
• Comfortable with measurable goals and accountability.
• Customer-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make decisions.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, scheduling software, and other technology.
• Ability to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, texts, emails, and inquiries.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Convert qualified opportunities into booked appointments and work.
• Follow up with customers who haven't yet scheduled.
