Job summary

Mr. Handyman of North Albuquerque is seeking a Customer Experience/Inside Sales Specialist to drive inbound sales and exceptional customer service. You will translate needs into booked work, manage the Service Professional schedule, and coordinate with the field team and partners.

You’ll build relationships with commercial managers and national service providers while maintaining CRM records and ensuring timely follow-up to deliver on customer promises.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, dispatch, scheduling, or similar roles.
• Strong phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Confident, consultative sales approach with organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple screens and systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries and understand customer needs.
• Convert qualified opportunities into booked appointments and work.
• Own and optimize daily Service Professional schedules.
• Develop relationships with commercial property managers and partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure follow-up.
