Job summary

DriSteem Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Representative I to support independent sales reps, regional managers, and accounts with product expertise and timely quotes.

You will leverage DriCalc software, build strong relationships, and coordinate across marketing and engineering to improve sales processes while upholding ISO standards and company policies.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple accounts, often with travel under 5%.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business management or related field.
• Two+ years sales experience, HVAC preferred.
• Effective communication with customers and teams.
• Strong knowledge of DriSteem products and markets.
• Experience with Syteline/Infor ERP.
• Intermediate Windows/MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturer’s representatives with product information and quotes.
• Maintain knowledge of products, systems, and services.
• Coordinate with marketing and engineering for feedback.
• Attend training sessions and represent the company.
• Travel less than 5%.
• Enter orders into ERP in backup role.
