Hire Sync is hiring a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative for an established, locally operated service company in Oakwood Village, OH. This role combines front-line customer service with inside sales, scheduling, and office support to turn inquiries into new business.

You will be the first contact for customers, quote services, schedule, and coordinate with technicians and the office team in a friendly, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service, inside sales, call center, administrative, or office experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Comfortable quoting and selling services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, assist customers with questions, service needs, scheduling, and account concerns.
• Build positive relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide quotes and sell services to prospective customers.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional services to current customers.
• Schedule appointments based on service routes and territories.
• Coordinate between customers, technicians, and the office team.
• Send appointment notifications and assist with follow-up.
• Help ensure monthly work orders are completed or scheduled.
• Process mail and assist with general office responsibilities.
• Support accounts receivable functions, including invoices and statements.
• Assist with tracking technician production and commission information.
• Prepare reports for management and quality assurance.
• Work closely with Office Manager and Logistics Coordinator to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward solutions.
• Perform additional administrative, customer service, and sales duties as needed.

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | Some Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

Hire Sync is hiring a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative for an established, locally operated service company in Oakwood Village, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, solving problems, building customer relationships, and working with a close-knit team in a relaxed office environment.

This isn't just a traditional customer service position. You'll be the first point of contact for many customers while also identifying their needs, recommending services, providing quotes, scheduling appointments, and helping turn inquiries into new business. We're looking for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing customer service with inside sales.

What You’ll Do

• Basic computer skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment without becoming overwhelmed
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
