Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Accurately enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments or credit authorizations.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs.
• Provide delivery estimates based on vendor schedules.
• Pull, stage, and distribute customer orders; restock showroom merchandise.
