Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Chicago North Shore Evanston is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through group and catering sales. You will handle smaller group blocks, meetings and events, book business, and ensure excellent service from inquiry to post-event follow-up.

Responsibilities include responding quickly to opportunities, presenting proposals, coordinating with Operations, and maintaining strong client relationships to maximize occupancy and revenue across market segments.

Qualifications

• Hotel sales experience preferred.
• Experience with BEO detailing in Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree required; hospitality curriculum a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming group and catering opportunities promptly.
• Provide and present client proposals and group resumes.
• Coordinate events with operations for flawless execution.
• Build and maintain client relationships and rebook business.
• Create contracts and related booking documentation.
• Prospect for new business and participate in industry events.
