Levy Sector is seeking a Hot Prep Cook for Utah Jazz & Utah Mammoth events at the Delta Center. You will support the Culinary team by preparing hot items for game days, concerts, and events, following Levy recipes and food-safety standards. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience as cook/prep cook preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Must obtain and maintain a Utah Food Handler Permit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot menu items such as grilled items, burgers, sandwiches, entrees according to recipes.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with food station setup/breakdown before and after events.
• Ensure proper temperatures, quality and presentation of dishes.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and equipment.
• Support the culinary team during high-volume events.
