Qualifications

• Cold prep, kitchen, culinary, or food production experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic knife skills and knowledge of cutting techniques are preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food-preparation standards accurately.
• Good organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.

Responsibilities

• Wash, chop, slice, dice, measure, and prepare fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients.
• Prepare cold items such as salads, appetizers, desserts, sauces, dressings.
• Assemble ingredients and finished products with proper presentation.
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and production instructions accurately.
• Store ingredients and prepared items according to food-safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout each shift.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, surfaces, and prep areas as required.
• Assist chefs and leadership with food prep and kitchen tasks.
• Communicate with kitchen team to support production needs and timelines.
• Follow Levy, Delta Center, food-safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Complete additional duties as assigned based on event and business needs
