Levy Restaurants is hiring a Team Meal Coordinator for Utah Jazz & Utah Mammoth events at the Delta Center. You will support Levy team members by preparing, organizing, and serving staff meals during event days and working hours, ensuring meals fuel the team for great service.

This role suits organized, dependable, friendly individuals who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting and enjoy helping teams stay energized and engaged during busy event schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering, food service, or meal coordination preferred.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, prepare, and oversee team meal service for event-day staff and managers.
• Prepare high-volume meals for 30 to 150 team members and managers.
• Coordinate with Culinary leadership and kitchen staff for proper food preparation and timing.
• Set up, serve, maintain, and break down team meal service areas.
• Monitor meal quality, portion sizes, and overall presentation.
• Maintain inventory and manage meal costs within budget.
