Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to transform store guests into loyal customers. You will guide guests in selecting home furnishings and help design rooms they will love, delivering energy and inspiration in a fast-paced environment.

We offer training with hourly pay between $16.89 and $16.90, plus incentives and a robust benefits package. Legal eligibility, age 18+, and flexible weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Thrive in an environment that rewards world-class service and delighting guests.
• Provide outstanding service, maintain a welcoming front desk presence, and represent the brand.
• Process sales orders, assist with credit applications and financing while documenting transactions.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Assist with store opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention, including bi-annual counts.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
