Ashley Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in the United States. You will guide store guests, showcase home furnishings, and help customers design rooms they love.

This role thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a strong focus on service and achieving sales goals. You will be the face of the brand, delivering world-class service at the front desk, handling sales transactions, and coordinating with teams to meet store targets.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old required.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Process sales orders accurately and maintain cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Support opening/closing activities and daily cash reconciliation.
• Assist in inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
