Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to transform store guests into loyal customers and help them design rooms they will love. You will guide guests as the store expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities include processing sales orders with cash handling, assisting with credit applications, and maintaining a welcoming front-desk presence.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thrive in delivering world-class service and delighting guests.
• Accurately process sales orders and assist with financing matters.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Aid in store opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention.
