• Recognize birthdays and special occasions to enhance experiences.
• Manage reservations via phone, online, and in person interactions.
• Offer knowledgeable guidance on menus across outlets.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Balance guest requests with server workflow during shifts.
• Maintain poise during high-volume service and assist as needed.
