Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Basic knowledge of club reservation and POS systems preferred.
• Ability to read and understand event orders (BEOs).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Manage reservations, confirm bookings, and organize seating flow.
• Maintain accurate waitlists and communicate wait times.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus; coordinate seating with staff.
• Answer phones with reservations and event information.
• Monitor floor plan to optimize seating and throughput.
• Communicate guest preferences and dietary needs to staff.
• Assist with side work and bussing during high-volume periods.
• Attend staff meetings and training as required.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate to a manager.
