Responsibilities include conducting classes, guiding members through programs, processing transactions, and contributing to studio sales and community outreach while upholding brand standards in a friendly, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of group fitness training or personal training experience.
• Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging, high-energy group workout experience for all members each class.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive member experience and reflect brand standards.
• Support member sales goals through outreach and lead generation.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
