Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a part-time Coach to deliver science-based workouts in a busy studio. You will guide a group of members through energizing classes while promoting a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere and ensuring top-notch service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of group fitness or personal training experience, and possesses a current OT-approved certification. Flexibility to work weekends is preferred in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of group fitness training or personal training experience required.
• Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification required (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-energy group workouts for all members each class session.
• Provide welcoming, inclusive, and motivating experiences for all members and guests.
• Accurately complete member documentation and records using company systems.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and development opportunities.
• Communicate membership options and answer questions about programs and services.
• Support sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation activities that drive membership growth.
• Build relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media engagement and studio activations.
