Job summary

OT Group Holdings, LLC (Orangetheory Fitness) is seeking a Part-Time Coach to deliver scientifically designed group workouts, engage multiple members, and uphold brand standards in a high-energy, inclusive environment.

You will support sales and retention goals, coordinate with the studio team, and use Orangetheory programming and coaching tools to optimize safety, performance, and member experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of group fitness or personal training experience required.
• Orangetheory-approved fitness certification required (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA or equivalent).
• Customer service, sales or hospitality experience preferred (0–1 year).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-energy group workouts each class.
• Provide welcoming, inclusive, and motivating member experiences reflecting brand standards.
• Accurately complete and maintain member documentation using company systems.
• Support sales goals through outreach and lead generation.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment.
• Communicate effectively with members across channels.
