Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness seeks a part-time Coach to deliver dynamic group workouts and foster an engaging member experience at our studio. You will coach sessions, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and support member acquisition and retention through effective communication and service excellence.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of group fitness experience, and current Orangetheory certification (NASM/ACE/ACSM/NSCA or equivalent).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of group fitness training or personal training experience required.
• Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification required (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related client-facing role preferred (0–1 year).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging, high-energy group workout experience for all members in each class session.
• Provide a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating experience for all members, guests, and prospects reflecting brand standards.
• Accurately complete and maintain required member documentation using company systems.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
• Support achievement of sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
