Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Part-Time Coach to deliver scientifically designed workouts in a studio setting while creating a high-energy member experience. The role emphasizes engaging multiple members, maintaining brand standards, and supporting member retention through exceptional coaching and effective communication.

The Coach will work closely with the Head Coach and studio team, contribute to sales goals, and uphold safety and performance using Orangetheory programming and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or client-facing roles preferred (0–1 year).
• Minimum of 1 year of group fitness training or personal training experience required.
• Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-energy group workouts for all members per class session.
• Provide a welcoming and motivating experience, reflecting brand standards.
• Maintain member documentation and records using company systems.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing development.
