Job summary

OT Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a part-time Coach to deliver Orangetheory Fitness workouts in a studio setting. You will create a high-energy, engaging member experience, drive retention, and support membership growth.

You will work with the studio team to maintain quality service, safety, and brand standards across classes. The role requires at least 1 year in group fitness or personal training, a recognized fitness certification, and strong communication and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of group fitness training or personal training experience.
• Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification required (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or client-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-energy group workout experience for all members each class.
• Provide a welcoming, inclusive member experience reflecting brand standards.
• Assist with member documentation and keep records using company systems.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing development.
• Explain membership options and respond to questions about programs and services.
• Support sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation activities.
• Build relationships in the local community to drive brand awareness and new business.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment aligned with company standards.
