Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a part-time Coach to deliver scientifically designed workouts in a high-energy studio setting. You will engage multiple members, maintain a welcoming environment, and help with member onboarding, retention, and clinics. Strong communication and a fitness certification are required.

The role involves flexible hours, front desk interaction, and collaboration with the Head Coach to support sales goals and a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of group fitness training or personal training experience required.
• Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate diverse members.
• Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience preferred (0–1 year).

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-energy group workouts for all members.
• Provide welcoming, inclusive and motivating experiences reflecting brand standards.
• Assist with member documentation and records using company systems.
• Support sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Represent Orangetheory Fitness in the local community and events.
