Job summary

KidStrong is seeking a General Manager to lead a center, own the culture, and deliver results by guiding a coaching team, overseeing scheduling and payroll, and ensuring a superior member experience from trial to long-term membership.

You will coach 45-minute sessions, develop brain, physical and character skills, and engage families daily while driving membership growth and HQ initiatives. This role demands energy, leadership, and a passion for helping kids thrive in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with kids; non-negotiable.
• High energy, strong presence, ability to lead a room.
• Athletic or coaching background with kids up to 11.
• Proven leadership or management experience.
• CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain).
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Physically active; capable of moving up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver KidStrong's curriculum in dynamic 45-minute classes for ages crawling–11.
• Develop Brain, Physical, and Character in every session.
• Build genuine relationships with kids and families before, during, and after class.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, and hold accountable a high-performing coaching team.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and coach evaluations to drive growth.
• Manage center operations including scheduling, payroll, and facilities.
• Drive membership growth and manage sales targets.
• Represent KidStrong in local community events.
