Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in the United States. As the store expert on home furnishings, you guide guests, inspire, and help design rooms they will love in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

You will process sales, assist with credit applications, maintain cash handling accuracy, support inventory, and strive to meet sales goals and KPIs. Training is paid at $15.40 per hour with commissions and quarterly bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in the US.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Thrive in a high-energy retail environment delivering world-class service.
• Provide outstanding service at the front desk, engage with guests and represent the brand.
• Process sales orders accurately and handle cash with proper documentation.
• Assist guests with credit applications and financing as required.
• Aid in store opening/closing activities and daily cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention, including bi-annual checks.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
