Ashley Furniture stores are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to turn store guests into loyal customers. As the home furnishings expert, you guide guests to inspiring styles and help design rooms they love. This role suits an entrepreneurial, focused sales professional in a high-energy environment.

You will provide world‑class service, process transactions, assist with financing, and support inventory and daily store operations. Flexible hours, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Legally able to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class service and delight guests.
• Provide outstanding service at the front desk and engage with guests professionally.
• Process sales orders accurately and adhere to cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Assist with store opening/closing activities and daily cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention activities.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
