Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to guide guests, create inspiration, and drive sales in a fast-paced home furnishings environment.

You will help customers discover styles that reflect their lives, support checkout, and contribute to a high-energy team focused on service and results. Training is paid during the initial period, with opportunities for commissions based on sales performance.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service and delight customers.
• Process sales orders and handle cash with accuracy.
• Assist with credit applications and financing as needed.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Support store opening/closing and daily cash checks.
• Assist inventory and loss prevention; participate in inventories.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
