Job summary

Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport is seeking a dynamic Front Office Manager to lead the front desk for a 488‑room property with 50,000 sq ft of event space, near Hollywood and Universal Studios. The role offers complimentary meals, employee events, and extensive hotel discounts.

Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, reservations control, guest communications and meetings. Requires 2–5 years in front office leadership; CPR/First Aid preferred. Salary is $80k–$87k annually.

Qualifications

• Two to five years experience in Front Office Operations (Assistant/Director)
• Any combination of education/experience; college preferred
• CPR Certification and/or First Aid preferred; ability to obtain required licenses

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate front office personnel including staffing, training, discipline, scheduling and monitoring performance
• Check and control room reservations, front office systems, inventories, scheduling, forecasting and budget; prepare financial reports
• Communicate with guests and staff; organize meetings and disseminate information
• Implement and monitor corporate/brand marketing programs
• Perform room inspections and assist in check-in/check-out
• Handle special guest requests and participate in Manager on Duty program
