Job summary

Thistledown Racino is seeking a security and valet supervisor responsible for shift assignments, investigations, and guest safety across casino facilities in North Randall, Ohio.

You will supervise security and valet teams, maintain employee files, coach staff, and ensure high visibility patrols to create a safe, welcoming guest experience. This role also involves reviewing documents, preparing schedules, coordinating with facilities, and reporting incidents while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Must be able to obtain an Ohio Lottery Commission license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of guests and team members.
• Investigate incidents that affect the Racino and surrounding facilities.
• Review and approve documents as needed.
• Prepare team member schedules and necessary paperwork.
• Own the valet area arrival experience with cleanliness, signage and directionals.
• Train and monitor officers and valet attendants in daily duties and relations.
