Qualifications

• Degree in business management or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of branch or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and operational support across multiple branch locations.
• Travel regularly between branches to support vacancies and special initiatives.
• Assess branch performance and staff dynamics to prioritize actions.
• Reinforce organizational priorities and performance standards across locations.
• Communicate with Retail Leadership about branch conditions and risks.
• Maintain flexibility to meet changing business needs and priorities.
• Assist in creation and achievement of branch business plans.
• Drive branch performance and sales growth while coaching teams.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and HR related activities for the branch.
• Develop a diverse talent pipeline and promote learning and development.
• Oversee branch P&L and ensure adherence to budgets and controls.
• Drive customer-centric culture and world-class service.
