Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Willingness to travel to other branch locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in creating a branch sales culture and participate in outreach.
• Serve as customers' single point of contact on UniBank products and services.
• Oversee and audit operating procedures including safe deposit and night deposits.
• May function as vault teller and handle vault cash distribution and verification.
• Perform security functions by opening/closing bank and vaults and ensuring safety.
• Supervise retail staff and provide training, feedback, and scheduling.
• Support team by verifying transactions, signing checks, and providing overrides.
• Participate in community events during business and non-business hours.
• Manage in the absence of the Relationship Branch Manager.
