Qualifications

• Ability to travel to other branch locations as needed.
• Willingness to direct and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in creating a branch sales culture and participate in business development.
• Serve as customers’ single point of contact for UniBank products and services.
• Oversee and audit branch operational procedures and security policies.
• Supervise retail staff and provide training, direction, and performance feedback.
• Verify transactions, sign checks, and provide overrides as necessary.
• Support community networking events during business and non-business hours.
