Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
• 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment; retail banking preferred.
• Excellent verbal, math and customer service skills; detail oriented.
• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Willingness to travel to other branch locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in creating a branch sales culture.
• Serve as customers’ single point of contact on UniBank products and services.
• Oversee and audit operational procedures, including safe deposit and vault operations.
• May function as vault teller and handle vault cash.
• Open/close bank and vault and ensure overall safety and security.
• Verify transactions and provide overrides as necessary.
• Assist the Branch manager with security and compliance obligations; display posters as required.
• Supervise retail department staff and conduct training, planning and reviews.
• Support the team by verifying transactions and explaining procedures.
